Characteristics Common to All. All of our different communities share a number of key amenities that help set us apart from our competitors. Most notably, of course, is our emphasis on people and on relationships.
Included in monthly rent:
 • Caring and friendly staff – 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Limousine transportation – ride to your activities and appointments in style
• Continuous dining -- dine whenever you like
• Home-style meals served in our elegant dining room
• One-story architecture, no stairs or elevators at any of our locations
• Enclosed courtyards with covered patios and garden areas
• Ice cream parlors serving both ice cream and popcorn
• All utilities including trash pickup at your apartment door each weekday
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Apartment maintenance including plumbing, heating, air conditioning and landscaping
• Solariums, TV and game rooms, exercise areas, craft center, and library
• Non-smoking throughout the community
• Pets (with payment of a one-time fee)
